Frequently Asked Questions

What is concierge mobile outpatient physical therapy?

  • Concierge mobile PT means we come directly to your home, office, or gym for one-on-one care. No clinics, no waiting rooms — just personalized, uninterrupted treatment in the environment where you feel most comfortable.

What conditions do you treat?

  • We help clients with pain, mobility limitations, vertigo, balance problems, post-surgical recovery, chronic tightness, athletic injuries, and age-related strength loss. If it affects how you move or feel, we can help. If you’re unsure whether your condition fits, just reach out — we're happy to talk it through.

How long are sessions?

  • Most visits are around 60 minutes, but the exact length can vary depending on what we’re working on that day. Some sessions may run a little shorter when the focus is more specific, while others may run slightly longer if we’re progressing exercises, addressing multiple areas, or completing a more complex assessment. The goal is always to give you the time you need — never rushed, always one-on-one.

What is a golf fitness assessment?

  • Our golf fitness assessments are performed by a TPI Certified Golf Fitness Instructor and include video swing analysis, fitness assessment, and a customized 6-week golf fitness training program. You can choose to follow this plan independently at home, or you can schedule follow-up golf fitness visits where we work through your exercises together and incorporate hands-on manual therapy and mobility work to help you move better, feel better, and get the most out of your swing.

Do you take insurance?

  • We are an out-of-network, cash-based practice and do not bill insurance directly. This allows us to provide longer, higher-quality sessions without restrictions. Some commercial insurance plans offer out-of-network benefits. If your plan does, we can provide a detailed receipt (superbill) after your session so you can submit it to your insurance for possible reimbursement. We are not enrolled with Medicare so beneficiaries cannot seek reimbursement from Medicare for our services.

Do I need a referral from my doctor?

  • No. Florida is a direct access state, meaning you can see a licensed physical therapist without a physician’s referral for 30 days. If treatment is expected to continue beyond that, your PT will work with your doctor to ensure you can continue care as needed.
